Various license provision

1. EME's Linker Technology

cnvK puromycin linker

EME utilizes its proprietary cnvK linker in its screening technology, enabling it to screen candidate clones from a vast library in a short period of time.

cnvK puromycin linker diagram
In the cDNA display method, the puromycin linker, a key technology for genotype-phenotype mapping, utilizes EME's proprietary cnvK linker. By irradiating the cnvK linker with mRNA hybridized at a specific site using UV light, rapid linking occurs via photocrosslinking, forming an mRNA-cnvK linker complex. This significantly reduces the time required for the entire cDNA display molecule preparation process.
