Highly stable, animal-free FGF2 alternative solution
[Highly Stable Growth Factor Surrogate Antibody] FGF2 Surrogate VHH Agonist Antibody
1. Characteristics of VHH agonist antibodies
- Outstanding thermal stability
- It maintains high growth activity for extended periods even at 37°C. This significantly reduces the frequency of culture medium changes, contributing greatly to the automation and labor-saving of the culture process. Furthermore, it exhibits excellent stability even during long-term storage at 4°C.
- Safety and quality assurance
- Our completely animal-component-free manufacturing process ensures high safety. This minimizes lot-to-lot variability, allowing for the construction of a stable cell manufacturing line with consistent quality.
- Excellent handling
- It has high solubility and is easy to handle when preparing culture media.
2. Performance evaluation data
- [Data 1] Evaluation of proliferation activity in NIH3T3 cells

It has been confirmed to exhibit excellent cell proliferation activity comparable to that of natural FGF2 ligands.
- [Data 2] Remarkable thermal stability in a 37°C environment (Measurement of RLU after 12 days)

These are the results of measuring cell proliferation activity after storage at 37°C for 12 days. While conventional FGF2 showed a significant decrease in activity, our VHH agonist antibody maintained a high activity of over 80%, demonstrating outstanding thermal stability.
- [Data 3] Maintenance of differentiation potential in hMSCs (human mesenchymal stem cells)
-

In hMSCs cultured using VHH agonist antibodies, it has been confirmed that normal differentiation ability into adipocytes and osteocytes is maintained.
- [Data 4] Evaluation of undifferentiated markers in hiPSCs (human induced pluripotent stem cells)
-

In hiPSC cultures, we have confirmed the expression of markers (OCT4, SSEA4) that indicate the maintenance of undifferentiated cells.
